Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICES OFFERED

finduni.ai offers two types of paid services:

1. Test Booking Service: We facilitate bookings for English language proficiency tests (IELTS, PTE, Duolingo English Test) at discounted rates. We act as a booking intermediary — the tests themselves are administered by their respective organizations (British Council, IDP, Pearson VUE, Duolingo).
2. AI Mock Interview Practice: AI-powered interview practice sessions for UK university credibility interviews. Sessions include voice-based question and answer practice with automated AI feedback.

2. PAYMENT AND VERIFICATION

1. All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment is made via bank transfer or digital wallet (eSewa, Khalti, etc.) using the QR code or account details provided at checkout.
3. You must upload a valid payment receipt/screenshot as proof of payment.
4. Your purchase is not confirmed until our team has verified your payment. Verification typically takes up to 2 hours during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM NPT, Sunday – Friday).
5. If payment verification fails, your purchase will be rejected and you will be notified via email.

3. TEST BOOKINGS

1. Discounted test prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of your booking submission is the price you pay.
2. Once a test booking is confirmed, changes to your test date, center, or test type are subject to the policies of the test provider (British Council, IDP, Pearson VUE, or Duolingo). finduni.ai will assist with changes where possible but cannot guarantee modifications.
3. Test date availability is subject to the test provider's schedule. While we update our calendar regularly, availability shown on finduni.ai may not reflect real-time availability.
4. finduni.ai is not responsible for test cancellations, rescheduling, or policy changes made by the test providers.
5. You are responsible for ensuring all personal information (name, date of birth, passport details) is accurate and matches your official documents. Errors in personal information may result in issues with your test registration that finduni.ai cannot rectify.

4. AI MOCK INTERVIEW PACKAGES

1. Mock interview session packages (Starter, Practice Pack, Pro) grant access to a specified number of AI-powered practice sessions.
2. Sessions are activated after payment verification. Your purchased sessions do not expire and remain available until you use them.
3. Unused sessions are not refundable or transferable.
4. Each session credit is consumed when you start a practice session, not when you complete it.
5. Session credits are for individual use only. Sharing your account or allowing others to use your sessions is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6. AI feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for practice and preparation purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of interview outcomes.
7. Mock interview questions are for personal practice use only. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting the question content is prohibited.

5. PROMO CODES AND DISCOUNTS

1. Promo codes are subject to their specific terms, including usage limits, validity periods, and applicable products.
2. Only one promo code may be applied per purchase unless stated otherwise.
3. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
4. finduni.ai reserves the right to revoke promo codes that are misused, shared beyond their intended audience, or exploited through fraudulent means (including the use of disposable email addresses or multiple accounts).

6. REFUND POLICY

1. Test bookings: Refunds for test bookings are subject to the refund policy of the respective test provider. finduni.ai will facilitate the refund process where possible, but refund amounts and timelines are determined by the test provider. Any processing fees retained by the test provider are non-refundable by finduni.ai.
2. Mock interview packages: Mock interview packages are non-refundable once activated. If your package has not yet been activated (still in "pending" status), you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase.

7. ACCOUNT AND DATA

1. For mock interview services, an account is created using the email address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
2. We collect and store your personal information (name, email, phone number, payment receipts) solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your booking or as required by law.
3. AI mock interview session recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to you through your account.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. finduni.ai provides test booking facilitation and AI-powered practice tools. We do not guarantee admission to any university, grant of any visa, or any specific test score.
2. AI-generated feedback is algorithmic and may contain errors. finduni.ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI feedback.
3. finduni.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
4. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. MODIFICATIONS

1. finduni.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
2. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
3. finduni.ai reserves the right to modify prices, packages, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Purchases made before a price change are honored at the original price.

10. MOCK INTERVIEW PRACTICE: NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

finduni.ai's mock interview and related AI tools are provided solely as a practice and preparation aid. They are designed to help you rehearse, understand the types of questions you may be asked, and improve how you communicate your own genuine circumstances. They are not a source of answers to be memorized or recited.

Any sample answers, example responses, suggested points, scores, or feedback generated by the platform are illustrative only. They are intended to demonstrate structure and approach, and do not represent answers that are true for you. You must always respond to any real interview, including any visa, credibility, pre-CAS, or university interview, truthfully and in your own words, based on your own genuine situation, intentions, and circumstances.

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. Reciting memorized, scripted, or AI-generated answers in a real interview may be viewed by interviewers or visa authorities as rehearsed, dishonest, or not genuine, and may result in a negative outcome, including refusal of a visa or application.
2. You are solely responsible for the content and truthfulness of any answers you give in any real interview.
3. finduni.ai provides preparation tools only and does not guarantee, and is not responsible for, the outcome of any visa application, interview, admission decision, or any decision made by any third party, including governments, embassies, visa authorities, or educational institutions.
4. finduni.ai is not a law firm or immigration adviser, and nothing provided by the platform constitutes legal or immigration advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, finduni.ai accepts no liability for any loss, refusal, or adverse outcome arising from your use of the platform or from answers you choose to give in any real interview.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Kathmandu, Nepal.
