These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student") and finduni.ai, operated by Optimus Global Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., a duly registered consultancy firm based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

By accessing or using the finduni.ai website, mobile interface, or any associated services, including test booking, AI-powered counseling tools, and university comparison features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent before using our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

finduni.ai provides Nepali students with a suite of tools and services to facilitate their international education journey:

• IELTS, PTE, and Duolingo English Test registration at discounted rates through our registered partnership with test providers
• AI-powered university counseling, course comparison, and eligibility assessment tools
• Student visa wizards for Australia, UK, Canada, and other destinations
• Proof of funds and tax calculators calibrated to Nepali financial standards
• Genuine Student (GS) statement guidance and document checklist generation
• Scholarship discovery and financial planning resources

Our AI tools are designed to be informative and helpful. However, they do not constitute formal legal, immigration, or academic advice. We recommend consulting a registered migration agent or official education counselor for legally binding guidance.

Service availability is subject to change. We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at our discretion without prior notice.

When you submit a test booking through finduni.ai, you are making a booking request. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email from our team.

Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via the QR code or bank transfer details provided on the booking page.
• All prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and include our service fee.
• You must pay the exact amount shown and include your full name as the payment reference.
• A copy of your payment receipt must be uploaded during the booking process for verification.
• Test slots are not reserved until payment is verified by our team, typically within 2–4 business hours.

Promo Codes

Promotional discount codes are subject to their individual terms (validity dates, applicable tests). Only one promo code may be applied per booking. finduni.ai reserves the right to revoke or modify promo codes at any time.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via bookings@finduni.ai or WhatsApp to +977 986-131-1262. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

In the event that a test date or center is cancelled by the test body (not by the student), we will offer a full reschedule at no cost, or a full refund.

By using finduni.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a booking (name as on passport, phone number, date of birth, etc.).
• Upload genuine documents. Fake or doctored passports, payment receipts, or other uploaded documents will result in immediate booking cancellation with no refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraudulent payments, identity theft, or circumventing test booking quotas.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interaction with the platform in ways that violate our rate limits or terms.
• Ensure your device and internet connection are your responsibility. We are not liable for bookings that fail due to network issues on your end.
• Keep your booking ID confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorised tracking of bookings using a shared or exposed booking ID.

You are solely responsible for verifying that your test date, center, and personal details are correct before finalising your booking. Name corrections after registration with the test body may incur additional fees charged by the test provider.

All content on finduni.ai, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, AI-generated responses, tools, software, and compiled data, is the property of Optimus Global Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform.
• Reproducing any content without prior written permission.
• Using our branding, logos, or platform name in third-party materials without consent.
• Creating derivative works based on our AI counseling tools or proprietary algorithms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or testimonials you provide to us may be used by finduni.ai without compensation or attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, finduni.ai and Optimus Global Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform.
• Decisions made by test bodies (IDP, British Council, Pearson VUE, ETS) regarding test scheduling, score reporting, or result validity.
• Visa refusals, course rejections, or university admission decisions, even if based on information provided by our AI tools.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, etc.) that we use to operate the platform.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated counseling or tool outputs. Our AI tools are informational aids, not professional advice.
• Exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges related to your payment.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking that gives rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
